We have had a very positive response to funding recently.
Our Sport England bid for £454,000 has made it through to the final funding round. They only invite projects to this final stage 3 if they have funds to allocate so realistically there is a very, high chance they will fund our bid. We have been assigned a case officer to support us through this final stage.
At the recent Taunton Deane Community Scrutiny Committee meeting, councillors voted unanimously to top slice £200,000 from the TYCC funding to allocate to COACH and to grant us a 125 year lease. The decision now needs to be finally approved at the next Full Council meeting in May
